  • Snack: One apple
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken with spinach and broccoli
  • Dinner: tuna salad, sweet potatoes and a glass of orange juice

Day 2




  • Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain toast with cheese and ham and a cup of green tea
  • Snack: one orange
  • Lunch: Salomon with vegetable salad
  • Dinner: vegetable soup and one apple

 Day 3


  • Breakfast: oatmeal with skim milk and a cup of berries
  • Snack: a glass of orange juice
  • Lunch: Chicken steak and chicken soup with some veggies
  • Dinner: Tuna salad with 2 boiled eggs and a cup of ginger tea

Day 4


  • Breakfast: A handful of walnuts, a cup of chopped watermelon
  • Snack: Fruit salad
  • Lunch: 2 eggs omelet with cheese and ham
  • Dinner: Vegetable salad with feta cheese

Day 5


  • Breakfast: A cup of cherries, an omelet with tomatoes and greens
  • Snack: A glass of skim milk
  • Lunch: Chicken breasts with brown rice
  • Dinner: Blueberry strawberry smoothie

Day 6


  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese
  • Snack: A cup of berries
  • Lunch: Vegetable stew with cabbage, carrot, and onion
  • Dinner: Fruit salad and a glass of orange juice

Day 7


  • Breakfast: A cup of cherries, an omelet with tomatoes and greens and a cup of green tea
  • Snack: A handful of walnuts
  • Lunch: Boiled chicken with a cup of broccoli and a glass of pineapple juice
  • Dinner: Tomatoes soup and a veggie salad




After 7 days if this meal plan you should take one day of pause. In this day you should consume whatever you want. Then continue the diet until you get the wanted results.
